CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be reminded that due to Covid-19 we are having to charge a 50% deposit when booking, in the event your appointment is cancelled. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept walk in appointments to fill cancellations.

Your hair appointment at The Alchemist is reserved specifically for you. If you wish to cancel please notify us at least
48 hours in advance, so we can reschedule your appointment. If you contact us to reschedule your appointment prior to the 48 hour's notice, we will be happy to move the deposit to another suitable date. Deposits will be held if appointments are cancelled within the 48 hours' notice, unless due to extenuating circumstances (which will be individually reviewed). 

Please note if cancellation is made within 24 hours' notice of a scheduled appointment, a full charge can be made.


If you have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come to the salon, instead telephone the salon as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.

For those of you who would prefer to visit us when the salon is quieter, or if you have any other concerns about the latest guidance and procedures, please do get in touch.
