set in the heart of Ipswich, Suffolk.
We are located in Key Street, close to The Marina and a short walk from the town centre. Our salon is easily accessible with six parking spaces available on site and ample car parking close by in Slade Street.
Our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals are truly passionate about their work and will ensure that you enjoy some well-deserved pampering, while you relax in the salon's luxurious surroundings.
At The Alchemist, we offer a full range of services including, cutting & styling, colour, extensions and hair care treatments. Our stylists cater for all, adults and children.
A range of beauty services will be offered in the near future and we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced nail technician to join our team.

The Alchemist is proud to introduce the Kevin Murphy range of products to Ipswich, which are described as ‘skincare for your hair’.
Kevin Murphy products only contain natural ingredients from sustainable and renewable sources and their packaging uses 100% ocean waste plastic.
We also stock Wet Brush and take home products from Epres. Available to purchase in-salon, please ask your stylist or enquire at Reception.
